In these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refers to Mesco Pty Ltd t/a Celebration Giftware (ABN 84 077 897 119), and "you" refers to the customer. These Terms and Conditions, together with your Order, form the entire agreement between us for the supply of Products. This agreement cannot be varied unless agreed to in writing or by email.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Online store terms

We currently sell and ship Products within Australia and New Zealand.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Placing your order

By placing an Order, you are making an offer to purchase Products under these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order after payment verification and internal checks.

We will confirm acceptance of your order when your items are dispatched. If we are unable to process your order after payment has been received, we will contact you using the details provided.

Product information and pricing

All product descriptions, pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, occasional errors may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if required. If this affects your order, we will contact you prior to dispatch.

Payment methods, processing and cancellations

We accept a range of secure payment methods, including Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), PayPal, Afterpay and other options displayed at checkout.

All payments are processed securely through trusted, PCI DSS compliant providers.

Production of personalised items will not begin until all required information and payment verification is complete.

Orders placed on weekends or QLD public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Cancellation requests can only be considered if your order has not entered production. As many of our products are made to order, cancellations are not always possible.

A small cancellation fee may apply to cover payment processing and administration costs.

Production timeframes

Once all required information is received, personalised items typically take 1–3 business days to produce (unless otherwise stated on the product page).

Accuracy of billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information for all purchases. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect details.

Delivery of your product

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes outlined in our Shipping Policy. Timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be redirected to a local post office or courier depot.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates provided via email.

Additional fees may apply for returned or undeliverable parcels.

Consumer guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

If a Product has a minor issue, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our customer service team.

Privacy and data

By placing an order, you agree that we may collect, store and process your information to fulfil your order and provide customer support.

We may also send you marketing communications if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by you or us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are breached.
