When will my order be sent?
For non-personalised items, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day of cleared payment (excluding weekends and QLD public holidays).
For personalised items, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for production.
If you need your order urgently, feel free to contact us before placing your order and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
If an item is out of stock or there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you within 1 business day.
Please double-check your delivery details at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided (for example, missing unit number or business name) and delivery cannot be completed, additional postage may be required for redelivery.
Shipping within Australia
We ship Australia-wide via courier, with options to upgrade to Australia Post and Express Post at checkout.
Shipping options and costs are displayed once you enter your postcode during checkout.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. Please note that delays can occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
As a guide, delivery timeframes are:
Standard: approximately 3–6 business days (Eastern States)
Express: approximately 1–2 business days (Eastern States)
Standard: approximately 7–10 business days (other areas)
Express: approximately 2–3 business days (other areas)
While we aim to meet these timeframes, delivery times are not guaranteed and next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed with Express Post.
Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post International Express, with an estimated delivery time of 7–10 business days.
International Customs Charges
Orders over NZD $200 may incur customs duties or taxes in New Zealand.

Shipping to the USA
We ship to the USA using Australia Post International Express.
Our standard $25 service includes tracking, with an estimated delivery time of 4–8 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Undeliverable or returned items
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, a $15 fee may apply to cover return and redelivery costs.
