When will You Post My Order?

With the exception of personalised items, we will attempt to send your goods within 24 hours of cleared payment, excluding weekends and NSW public holidays.

For personalised items please allow an extra 1-3 days for production

Delays may be experienced during the peak seasonal periods of Valentine's Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Fathers Day & Christmas. If you need urgent delivery during or within 1 week of these periods please contact us prior to ordering

We offer free postage Australia wide with Aramex courier and optional upgrades to ship with Australia Post and by Express Post

FAQs

Where is my order shipped from?

All our gifts are made and shipped from the beautiful Hunter Valley NSW, Australia.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take phone orders. However, if you are not familiar with online ordering or are having difficulties placing your order, our customer-care consultants are available Monday through Friday from 9am to 4.00pm AEST on (04) 2258 5393. If it is after hours, please send us a chat message.

How do I add the personalised details?

All our personalised items have content fields (with character counts) to fill out with the details you would like on the item. You do not need to center the text, as we will do all the formatting for you to ensure the end product looks its best.

If the product includes a photo, we request that you send the photo as a reply to your order confirmation after placing the order. This will ensure there is no loss of image quality, which can occur when uploading photos to a web server.

Do you send a proof?

Proofs will only be provided on request. Please be aware that this will slow the dispatch of your order by 1-2 days.

We find most orders are an easy cut and paste into our templates, so a proof is unnecessary. However, we will always send a proof if your details are more complex.
