Cancellations
Once your order has been submitted a request for cancellation will only be granted if your order has not entered the production phase.
Please note there will be a 6% non-refundable cancellation fee to cover payment processing and administration costs.
Change of Mind / Return of Unwanted Items.
Due to the fact they are made to order, we are unable to accept change of mind returns for Personalised Items.
Return of Faulty or Damaged Items
If you have received an incorrect, broken or faulty item please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving your order so we can quickly adress the issue.
Approved returns will be emailed a prepaid return label so there is no cost to you for return postage.
Please ensure products are returned in their original packaging with bubble wrap and a box to minimise transit damage.
